UCLA’s symposium on IP


On Friday, Feb. 18, UCLA Law will host an annual symposium “International Intellectual Property Law and the 21st Century: Will the Developing World Lead or Follow?“, organized by the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs (JILFA).

The keynote speaker will be Duke University’s Prof. Jerome Reichman.

Other speakers include Prof. Amy Kapczynski, UC Berkeley School of Law, Prof. Ruth Okediji, University of Minnesota Law School, Prof. Peter K. Yu, Drake University Law School, amongst others.

I will speak on the implementation of copyright flexibilities in Brazil, and on the country’s copyright reform.
